Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 Launched

Xiaomi Officially launched Redmi Note 4 smartphone in China today. The phone is available in two variants of 16 GB with 2GB of RAM and a 64GB variant with 3GB of RAM.
Being the successor of the Redmi Note 3, most of the features and specifications are similar. While the base variant is priced at 899 Yuan (Rs 9,000 approximately), the 64GB variant is priced at 1,199 Yuan (Rs 12,000 approximately).

The Redmi Note 4 retains the premium full metal unibody construction that was introduced with its predecessor, but now comes with a brushed metal finish and chamfered edges that looks and feels even better. The design language is quite similar as well, with the Redmi Note 4 also coming with a fingerprint scanner on the back.


Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) display with Night Display and Reading modes.And display that is covered with a 2.5D curved glass panel.

 The phone is powered by a MediaTek Helio X20 processor, that is backed by the Mali-T880MP4 GPU and 2 GB or 3 GB of RAM. 16 GB or 64 GB are the on-board storage options available, which also dictates how much RAM you get, and you also get expandable storage via microSD card to cover all your needs.
And a 13MP f/2.0 Rear camera (down from 16MPs), a 5MP selfie shooter, and  4100mAh battery,
 hybrid SIM slot.
The phone runs on on Android 6.0 Marshmallow wrapped under MIUI 8.On the connectivity front, the phone supports 4G with VoLTE support and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
The phone is available in colors of silver, gold and dark grey options. It will be available on sale in China from August 26. There is no official confirmation whether the phone will be launched on other markets in the near future.
