Alcatel OneTouch Pop 7 LTE Tablet now available for $130

Alcatel is one of the few Chinese companies present in the United States, and it's also one of the few that has partnerships with US carriers.
The latest device launched by Alcatel in the United States is called Pop 7 LTE, which is a small tablet that provides the usual Android experience. It's not a high-end device, but it offers decent specs for a low price.
