Xiaomi Launches 4K Smart Tv

Xiaomi launched the curved version of its Mi TV 3 — the Mi TV 3S Curve — in China today at a price of around Rs 92,000 (8,999 yuan).

That would imply a price of around Rs 1.3 lakh in India including import duties, VAT and shipping costs.

Xiaomi  launched a 43-inch, full-HD Mi TV at a price of Rs 18,600 in China, implying a price of around Rs 26,500 in India.


The Xiaomi Mi TV 3S 63-inch curved is powered by a 1.4GHz quad core Mstar 6A928 SoC and a 2GB of RAM alongside an Internal storage of 8GB.
But in 43 inch Smart tv packed with only 1GB Ram.
The 63-inch curved display boasts of 176-degree viewing angle, dynamic response of 8ms,
 4000:1 contrast ration and a 78% NTSC colour Gamut.
On the connectivity front the TV comes with Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, 3X HDMI 2.0 ports, AV, Analog TV, Ethernet, 1 X USB 2.0 and 1X USB 3.0.
 The audio is delivered via a set of dome tweeters and four 2.5-inch woofer alongside Dolby audio, Virtual Surround Sound and Bass Boost.
Both TVs are based on ‘Android’ and run on Xiaomi’s MIUI  operating system.
The Samsung-built screen has a 4K resolution along with integrated Bluetooth and wifi.

The new line of TVs will be on sale in China on March 31.
